Ackmule is a technical clothier in Seattle, Washington with a range of forthcoming products designed for the modern nomad. I created an identity and branding that would inform their products’ style and holistic evolution.

In certain nomadic tribes, camels have provided the sustainability, longevity, and companionship necessary for survival. A camel was chosen for this identity as a contemporary reflection of those same attributes.
To balance the organic forms and personality of the identity, a bespoke, geometric serif logotype was also created. The letterforms contain a fusion of luxurious display and functional geometry, alluding to the superior quality of Ackmule’s clothing, while remaining accessible and practical.
